THE WOLVE CALLERS--Part 1-The call of the wolve

Prologue- The bristles cracked as the fire sucked them lifeless. It also, helped two boys maintain life. Tym and I. Our parents had brought us up here to the forest to go hunting, but as we were hunting, a blizzard hit and drove us apart. We were forced to build our own campsite with the few items we had. We decided to go to sleep, we needed some rest for the next morning, we needed to eat.
Ch.1-The Chase-We awoke the next morning, our limber bodys were so numb that it took half an hour to thaw out. It would've taken longer, but luckily, Tym had already created a cozy little fire. I decided that we needed food, so i set out of camp, bow in hand, looking for breakfast.
I reached a lake about 1/2 a mile from the campsite and decided to sit hear and wait. I slipped my pack of arrows from off my shoulder and set it on the ground. Slowly i crept to my knees inside a bush. I then slid the quiver back over my shoulder, while taking an arrow and placing it into the bow. About five minutes later, a strange rustling started to occur in a bush behind me. The more and more uneasy i became, the louder the rustling was.
I pulled my arrow back in the slot, ready to fire, and in one bound i swurved towards the bush, my bow and arrow ready to strike at any given moment. The moment i swurved a large grayish/silverish wolve sprang out from the bush and charged at me. I fired the bow quick, without aiming, for the charge startled me quite a bit. Luckily, i was so close, i did not need to aim, and so the arrow struck the wolve in the shoulderblade. It came crashing to the forest floor with a yelp. I slid another arrow in the slot and fired, this time, striking it in the head. Within 30 seconds of the second arrow, it was dead.
I pulled out my pocket knife and skinned the wolve. The smell emitted from it made my nose curl, but still i fumbled through it and ended up with several large slabs of meat. I threw this into my bag and left the scene. I headed back to camp.
I was about half way back to camp when another rustling sound came froma distance. I kept walking, this time a little faster. It kept happening, closer and closer each time until it came so close, that i could hear it breathe. It was as large as the wolve was and it was 4 yards away from me. Quickly i fumbled for my bow, but it was too late. The large wolve had charged me and bit my arm. It started to drag me, but i kicked it. I tried to run but he just charged me again, and this time, the sack of food fell 3 yards away from me. He didn't bite me that time. He just raced for the sack. It paused and sniffed the sack. Long enough for me to get my bow ready. I fired a shot and hit it in the shoulder blade. It yelped as it fell to the ground. It stood up again, its blood dripping on the sack. It backed up a few yards as i hoisted another arrow into position. I was ready to fire, but it ran off into bushes about 40 yards away. I fired the arrow into the bushes, but missed. Luckily, it had scared the animal for now, so it ran until it was out of my vision. I picked up the blood-stained sack, threw it around my shoulder again, and continued to the camp.
Once again, though, as i drew closer to the camp, rustling was heard behind me. I turned around to see the same wolve standing there, ready for round two.
It charged me, knocking me to the ground. Its jaws took hold of my leg and began to drag it back. I kicked it to get away. I threw the sack 5 yards away to see if it would distract the creature. But, this time, it didn't, this time, it wanted not the sack, but it wanted me. I pulled my bow out, but the creature dove, took hold of it and bit it in half. It then charged me, knocking my quiver out of grasp. The quiver rolled down the hill to the bottom, about 30 yards down. It started to tear me to pieces. I pulled out my dagger and began to wave it at the wolve, slicing its neck about 3 or 4 times before i drove it in the heart. It didn't kill it, but it stunned it, long enough for me to stand up and throw it down the hill.
I ran for the sack, grabbed it, and ran to the camp, dagger in hand. 50 yards from the camp and the wolve had caught up with me and tackled me. I screamed in pain as its claw sliced my head. Tym had heard. He immediately picked up his bow and quiver and ran to the scene. He saw me face down on the ground screaming, while the Wolve shredded me up like paper into a paper shredder. In a few seconds, Tym had his bow ready and he fired. It struck the wolve in the head, instantly killing it. He pulled me up, and helped me as i limped back to camp.
Ch.2-Cleansing - We got back to the camp site and immediately grabbed the first aid kit. In an hour, Tym had me all patched up, though the pain lingered. He grabbed the meat and started to cook it over the fire. I told him what had happened and how the wolve had been chasing me. When he heard about the wolve sniffing the sack part of the story he stopped me. " Umm..did you say it sniffed the sack?" he asked. I replied,"Umm, yes it did, why do you ask?". " Well, what meat is this that im cooking?" Tym asked. " Ummmm, i dont know, i forget now, why?" I said back, for it was the truth. The encounter with the wolve had frightened me so much i had forgotten about earlier." Oh nothing, its just that, if it was wolve meat then we'd be in dang..." Tym had said, but was interrupted by my groan of pain. "Sorry," i said to him."It just hurts so bad,". " Oh, I don't mind, you were attacked by two wolves and still made it out alive, i dont think i would have made it!" Tym said with a chuckle. I replied,"Don't say that you wouldn't have made it, remember, you saved my life". Tym replied," Oh it was nothing, just had to shoot a wolve with an arrow while my friend was being ripped to shreds, all in a days work!". To that we both laughed."Oh, i almost forgot, what were you saying before i interrupted you?" I said." Oh nothing, i sort of forget now" he replied. " Welcome to the club!"I said while holding down a laugh. When the meat was cooked, we ate heartily, leaving 4 slabs left for the next day. After we had eaten, we lay down to rest, for it was nightfall. Neither of us could sleep after a day like we had, little did we know, we would be put to sleep, eternally.
Ch.3-The Last Stand- Dreams, a figment of our imagination, and yet, though what we see and feel, isn't real, it is what we live for. Though, we do not know it, we wait, anxiously, to see what dreams have in store for us. This is what keeps the brain thinking, the heart pumping and the body moving. The realization of this unseen fact, would end life as we know it. For, all would know that their lives our based on fiction. People then lose anxiety to dream, thus, the heart stops, the brain stops and life emits no further sign of capability. In other words, people feel that they have no purpose, which in true honesty, we all do, whether good or bad we all have a purpose. In any case, the thought of this will flow like a plague, sucking life from this planet, and as more slip into this tragedy, others would dream. While the world wreaks havoc with itself, others would dream. This is the unchangeable fact, that could decide the worlds fate, one person at a time. But, though dreams are our life purpose, they can be deadly. The anxiety to dream, can go from unnoticeable to innevitable. Now, two boys will find out the harsh side of dreams, as they slowly slip into the fiction novel they live for, without realizing the innevitable presence of death next to them, ready to strike.
Tym and I, lay numb and limp, as our dreams swept us away. The crunching of leaves were everywhere, but no, not loud enough to awaken us. Then, screams of pain emitted from our mouths as the wolves snapped our legs. We would've seen this coming, if it weren't for the anxiety, to dream, thats what puts you asleep, its called being tired, a normal term for such an unknown presence. We fell asleep, thus, the wolves moved in, striking a blow that we could not have stopped.
We tryed feircely to get away, but their massive jaws, closed tightly, never losing grip. I managed to get free for just seconds, seconds i planned to use. I ran for the quiver, holstered an arrow in each hand and prepared myself for the moronic stunt i was about to pull. There were four wolves, one running at me, one gaurding the attack scene, and two shredding Tym. I thrust one arrow through the heart of the wolve chasing me, as soon as i did the wacthman wolf became suspicious and stopped and stared at me. I threw the arrows at the wolves attacking Tym, and the arrows struck them in the head, not killing them, but stunning them for seconds, second that i would use. I pulled Tym up grabbed the quiver and ran, fortuneatly for us both, Tym had a bow holstered ovver his shoulder. As we ran, our blood created a red path to where we ran.
We ran to a waterfall, and stood at the side edge. "We have to jump, or we die," I said. "Why do you have to say it like that?" he responded. "Just jump," I said, while leaping into the water.
We got out of the water and i told Tym what i knew we had to do, my moronic move. " Tym, i have to tell you something," I said. "Ok well, tell me fast," he said back. "The wolves will not stop hunting us, we killed the queen's daughter, or the princess, so we will never escape, there is only one way to live." I told him. "Wait a minute, wolf packs have alpha males and females, not queens and princesses," he said. "Not in this area, you wonder why we have been out here so long with no rescue team?" I asked. "Its probably because, well......i dont really know," he answered. "It's because this area has had a toxic spill, thats why the wolves are so big, and why we haven't been rescued, everythings contaminated so the rescue teams are too scared to step a foot in here," I said. "Oh, well anyway, what must we do to live?" he asked. "Ok, well, the wolves listen and obey and protect the queen or king, and the only way to become one is to defeat the present one," I explained. "So, we need to challenge the queen to a fight, if we win, we live, if we lose we die, and in this process, the challengers spirits or souls will be put at stake,". "How so, like a normal, death or something more?" he asked. "Basically, the souls of the challengers,if they lose, leave the former body and pass through the stake, a portal between the wolf world and ours," I answered. "But, aren't wolves and humans live in the same world?" he interuptted. "Yes, but what wolves can do, some of which, we cant see, anyway, once these souls pass through, they are placed and inhabit a newborn pup, a process called, The Call of the Wolve,"I finished. "Well then, we have nothing to lose, so in the fight, whats the plan?" he asked. "Honestly, the plan is just, to ..........survive."I answered nervously.
We walked through the forest, the sound of howls faint in the distance. Hours later we walked into a clearing, revealing a temple, and the land was smothered with wolves. "The Den," I said as we marched bravely forward. There was a portal atop the temple, the stake, and so it was here that we made our final stand. It was silent, as wolves stared at us. We each grabbed some arrows, Tym with the bow, and me with an arrow in each hand. I Kicked a purple tablet down, and as it fell the sounds of a disturbing howl was heard. "What'd you do?" Tym asked. "Probably killed us both," I said as the queen walked out, her massive size, intimidating all. She stared, and then she charged, the fight had begun, this was our Last Stand.
In seconds, the fight was nearing the end, Tym was on the ground dead and i had one arrow in hand, the other in the queens side. She charged me and i spun, pushing her to the ground, then holstering my arrow at her throat. Closer, closer it came until silence.

Ch.4: The Call- I was dead.I faltered, for, as the arrow came closer to the neck, i looked around, and saw how bad of a shape the temples and wolves were in, and i faltered. Tym and I floated through the stake, into the pups of a wolf who just happened to be the exile wolfs. This was the call.

Ch.5:Exiled- Ten years later i was a strong pup, just as Tym was, we had to be, for our mother had died. Known as the exile, I marched into town and defeated the queen and became the king. By order of myself, Tym was made into my assistant. We reigned, for years, until one day, little did we know, but the human world had fallen apart, and the soldiers who survived had begun to work for an agency
. This agency invaded our land and they drove us out, while practically all had died, Myself, Tym and others had survived. "We musn't run any longer," i said to my fellow exiled wolves."We must fight, and claim back the land that was ours, the humans tear each other apart, their souls divide, and in retreat of their doing, they take from those who spare them, i will tolerate this no more, we the exiled shall banish these foolish beings from our lands and take back what is rightfully ours!". They roared with me as i hailed a howl. " This is the Redemption of the Exiled, and if it means death, we shall give them DEATH!!!!!!".
